CALL TO ORDER/INVOCATION/INSPIRATIONAL THOUGHT/Pledge of Allegiance Chair Fullmer opened the meeting at 7:28 PM.  2.
CONSENTAGENDA2.1  Approval of the July 7, 2021 RDA Meeting Minutes Chair Fullmer called for a motion. Motion:Boardmember Judd moved to approve consent item 2.1. Boardmember Flake seconded the motion. Chair Fullmer, Boardmembers Earnest, Flake, Judd, and Welsh voted aye. The motion carried unanimously.    3.      business items 3.1
Discussion and action – Amendments to the Waterfront Planning and Design Services Consultant Contract Community Development Director Morgan Brim will present amendments to the Waterfront Planning and Design Services Consultant Contract. The RDA Board will take appropriate action.   Mr. Brim gave a brief overview of the contract amendments. There was a discussion about the timeline.
Motion:Boardmember Welsh moved to approve Chair Fullmer to sign a contract with FFKR and EDSA for the Vineyard Waterfront planning and design services as presented.  Boardmember Flake seconded the motion. Chair Fullmer, Boardmembers Earnest, Flake, Judd, and Welsh voted aye. The motion carried unanimously.    4.      ADJOURNMENTChair Fullmer called for a motion to adjourn the meeting.

The time is that clocks always wrong 728 and I'm going to open our redevelopment agency board and the date is August 11th two 2021 00:00:05
and it's Wednesday. So I will just need a motion to approve the agenda. 00:00:13
That it needed to be surveyed and and also we wanted to enhance the public outreach. 00:00:58
ARM did some really cool things with VR technology where they were able to bring residents through fly throughs of the State 00:01:04
Street District plan and it was really amazing. But there are definitely there, there's some costs associated with that And so 00:01:11
with this plan we wanted to make even in the RFP, we made the public outreach like the primary thing for for the grading criteria. 00:01:18
And and so we have that that included and so with those two it brought the amount for I think it was 241 ish brought it up to 284. 00:01:26
And then we wanted to clarify too that there are travel costs and those can be up to I think it was 11,000 is is what we put in 00:01:36
there. So we just felt like because those were significant enough changes we put them in there the grant that we received. 00:01:45
And talking with Jake, he said that that is the that the planning side of it would be eligible to be funded through through the 00:01:55
water grant or the recreation grant. 00:02:00
