Motion: COUNCILMEMBER SIFUENTES MOVED TO GO INTO A CLOSED SESSION TODAY, FEBRUARY,25, IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE COUNCIL MEETING FOR THE PURPOSE OF A DISCUSSION OF THE CHARACTER, PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE, OR PHYSICAL OR MENTAL HEALTH OF AN INDIVIDUAL.  COUNCILMEMBER CLAWSON SECONDED THE MOTION. ROLL CALL WENT AS FOLLOWS: MAYOR FULMER, COUNCILMEMBERS CAMERON, CLAWSON, HOLDAWAY, AND SIFUENTES VOTED YES. THE MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.            ADJOURNMENT
