| Umm, they're currently just over 30,000 square feet of. | 00:03:18 | |
| Landscaping, which is roughly 19% of the site. | 00:03:21 | |

| That's the parking. They have 154 stalls. They're looking at removing 17 of them. | 00:03:36 | |
