Planner Anthony Fletcher presented the plat and discussed the changes and comments.
Director Ghandour asked about the process of the land ownership. Planner Fletcher noted he is unaware. Director Ghandour discussed the process.

Planner Fletcher briefed the plat and background. Deputy Fire Marshall Brandon Valley asked about the process after approval.
Building Official Johnson discussed the review. Director Ghandour made a note on a typo.

Staff and Commission Reports
Planner Fletcher requested suggestions for getting more public to attend these meetings. City Manager Ellis noticed that DRC is administrative, the other meetings may need to get more word out. Director Ghandour noted that it is also a hybrid in-person and virtual option. Chair Vawdrey noted that the board members could also be more forward.
Deputy Fire Marshall Valley asked about the current noticing practices. Planner Fletcher discussed the city processes. Deputy Fire Marshall Valley asked if the city has a PR to remind the importance of the meetings. Discussion ensued.
