| A while ago, but it didn't workout. | 00:01:51 | |

| Console engineers are the design engineers for this project, and we've also teamed with Orem City. | 00:02:51 | |
| Since Orem City owns. | 00:02:58 | |
| They essentially own the north half of 400 S and we own the South half. | 00:03:01 | |
| They own. | 00:03:07 | |
| Lakeside Park. | 00:03:09 | |
| And we own. | 00:03:11 | |
| The elementary school and. | 00:03:12 | |
| This neighborhood down here. | 00:03:14 | |
| So this is. | 00:03:18 | |
| The bulk of the project is to realign. | 00:03:20 | |
| Realign this intersection and then. | 00:03:23 | |
| To further add. | 00:03:25 | |
| Pedestrian safety were we decided to put in a traffic signal. | 00:03:28 | |
| We were hoping for something like a roundabout, but it just it wasn't feasible. | 00:03:33 | |
| So we landed on the traffic signal. | 00:03:39 | |
| But this will. | 00:03:42 | |
| This will create a much safer environment for pedestrians to to cross at this location. | 00:03:43 | |

| And so Orem kind of pushed this through. They, they put this design together and, and pushed this through and, and. | 00:05:10 | |

| Center median and just created a 2 lane Rd. | 00:05:18 | |
| With bike lanes. | 00:05:22 | |
| So this is the typical. We can go through each sheet, but this is the typical. | 00:05:24 | |

| All the way down the road and. | 00:05:31 | |

| We are currently designing redesigning this intersection at 400 S and Holdaway Rd. | 00:05:39 | |

| I think the widening of 400 S to the West which will connect into the holdaway. | 00:05:50 | |
| Holloway fields development. | 00:05:55 | |
| And so we're planning that that would. | 00:05:58 | |
| That road will be widened and paved. | 00:06:01 | |
| This next spring, maybe April, May. | 00:06:04 | |
| Somewhere in there. | 00:06:08 | |
| And so with that, we're correcting this crosswalk we're going to make. | 00:06:09 | |
| We're going to straighten that crosswalk. | 00:06:14 | |
| And then we're going to put a crosswalk across Holdaway Rd. as well. | 00:06:17 | |

| 400 S to the West will look. | 00:06:24 | |
| Will look pretty much this exact same cross section. | 00:06:27 | |
| It'll have a park strip on the South side. | 00:06:31 | |

| It just looks like a wide sidewalk, but it's. | 00:06:37 | |

| But we, like I said, we went through a study to see what the feasibility of that would be. | 00:12:08 | |
| We're also kind of. | 00:12:15 | |
| Talking with the school. | 00:12:16 | |
| To see if we can. | 00:12:18 | |
| Do something different with this with this parking lot. | 00:12:20 | |
| Perhaps. | 00:12:24 | |

| And doing a. | 00:12:26 | |

| There were several near near miss acts. Near near miss. | 00:14:39 | |
| Accidents there. | 00:14:43 | |
