BUSINESS ITEMS1 Site Plan Amendment – Lot Buildings C at Eastlake at Geneva Rachel Stevens presented a site plan amendment for Lot Building C at Eastlake Geneva. Vineyard Properties of Utah requested approval of a site plan amendment for Lot of Eastlake at Geneva. This amendment proposes removing architectural elements such as roof trims, awnings, endcaps, and concrete parapets and changing the color scheme. There were no further questions. | |
MOTION: Craig Bown made a motion to approve the site plan amendment with the conditions that all outstanding fees are paid and that all sign permits are approved separately. Tay Gudmundson seconded the motion. Those voting aye: Bryce Brady, Tay Gudmundson, Anthony Jenkins, Craig Bown, and Graden Ostler. The motion passed unanimously.
