We're good. | 00:00:05 | |
Welcome everybody to the June 2nd Vineyard Planning Commission meeting. It is 6:04 PM and we will have a inspirational thought by | 00:00:07
tag today. | 00:00:13 | |
OK, so I was thinking a lot about. | 00:00:20
The city that we're building together and we're all pulling together as communities build really cool things and I thought like a | 00:00:23
good start for that was the community garden that we. | 00:00:28
Are looking at finishing pretty soon and how that's going to bring people from various parts of the city together. | 00:00:34
To then talk and garden together and learn from each other. And there are fewer. | 00:00:42
Fear of better ways to create. | 00:00:49
A broader community than that and so I found a little quote there is no power for change greater than a community discovering what | 00:00:53
it cares about and I think that we have been discovering what we care about as community here in vineyard and I'm. | 00:01:01
Pretty thrilled to see us coming together on. | 00:01:10
Great. Awesome. Thank you today. All right, we'll move straight into the open session. It's time to make public comments. Comments | 00:01:14
are limited to three minutes. Yeah, anyone Go ahead, David. | 00:01:20
Hi, David Lorraine, Hallway Rd. | 00:01:30
I was looking in the. | 00:01:33
You know the attachments to the. | 00:01:36
To the agenda today. Another thing that this Part 1 it mentions is located in a special purpose sewing district known as the | 00:01:38
Planning Development Overlay. | 00:01:42
It's provided as nobody zoning district to allow residential development opportunities with a greater degree of flexibility and | 00:01:49
may be allowed by the underlying zoning districts. | 00:01:53
I'd like to know if you could explain that to us. | 00:01:59
Sure. So it's a planned unit development is typically an overlay district. So the homesteads development when it was first | 00:02:03
entitled, what happened is they went through and they provided that base zoning district. And so you have what's called your just | 00:02:10
like when you look at a zoning map, those are typically your standard colors like your an R18, which means residential minimum | 00:02:17
8000 square foot lots R 110. So they they have like a base layer and then there's APD. | 00:02:25
Overlay that's overlaid on it. And what that allows the city to do is to negotiate with the developer when they go through the | 00:02:32
entitlement process to reduce setbacks to cluster units in exchange for open space. And so when the homesteads went through the | 00:02:40
process several years ago that that was the process they did. So it was a base zoning layer, PD overlay and then a development | 00:02:47
agreement and that was the the total entitlement package. | 00:02:54
With a development plan. | 00:03:02
So as I look in the code, I find that the zoning section for homesteads. | 00:03:05
Where do I find the section for this, this PD overlay? Yeah, sure. So it's under when you go to the municipal code link. And | 00:03:09
Brian, can you, since you have your computer up, you want to just to show Mr. right now so he can. So he's going to shut up. But | 00:03:15
under the special zoning districts, there's the PD right there. And Brian, what? What? Why don't you go back one link just so he | 00:03:21
sees the books. | 00:03:27
Right there. Yeah, perfect. So when you go to like the code page, you're going to see this page, go to the special purpose zoning | 00:03:35
districts and that has like the downtown, the forge, and then it has the PD and the PD overlay is the overlay that was applied to | 00:03:42
those base layers at the time. And so if you go through that, that that's the mechanism A lot of times it's called planned unit | 00:03:49
development. You may have heard that in other cities they have different names, but that's. | 00:03:56
The authority under which City Council can negotiate can reduce setbacks, reduce plot sizes in exchange for open space. It allows | 00:04:04
them to cluster the the density through a development plan. And so that that was all approved. I can't remember exactly what I was | 00:04:11
like 2012 or yeah a while back. I get that. But it allows us basically to break the rules under the initial base layer. Well, this | 00:04:18
right here. So I mean, I probably yes or no question as well. It's not because it's not breaking the. | 00:04:26
Because this right there, this provides you the flexibility to, to, to, to reduce those rules. What it does is you can negotiate a | 00:04:33
reduction through with the City Council. So that's what the developer did. | 00:04:39
That's not a yes to me. All right. Well, thank you. Appreciate it. | 00:04:46
Thank you, David. It's a good question. | 00:04:50
All right, any other comments? | 00:04:53
OK. | 00:04:56 | |
Just real quick question, Morgan, when going into the open session, do I need to make a motion or anything? No, no, for public | 00:04:57
hearings, it's good to do that just so you can show on the record that you officially open the required public hearing under the | 00:05:05
law, a public session you you can just issue units open at some, some commissions like to do a motion just to show officially they | 00:05:12
have opened it. But as a chair you can just open it and close it. All right, I will close if. | 00:05:20
Any more comments and I'll close the open session and we'll move right into 3 minutes review and approval. Has anybody had a | 00:05:27
chance to look over those? | 00:05:31
They were pretty brief. | 00:05:35
Was there anything missed that anything needs to be in there? Not that I can see. | 00:05:40
Yeah, I had a chance to look at them and I make a motion that we approve the minutes. All right, thank you, Anthony. Great. Thank | 00:05:48
you Tim. All in favor aye and I'll just add that if you ever if you read read through the meds and you feel like we we we do the | 00:05:54
the the minimum because we have the the we record the recording and and so typically allows people to go to the recording. And so | 00:06:01
this is specifically to it. But if you ever feel like it's. | 00:06:08
Too, you know, too slim and you want more details, you can either direct us in this meeting or commissioners welcome to call one | 00:06:15
of the planning staff and say, can you add more detail to, to, to the section? We're happy to do that. | 00:06:21
That just started then because up to now they've so last in the in that last meeting, the City Council meeting, they did talk | 00:06:27
about this. And if you want something in the minutes as we're talking about things you need to say for the record, I want this, | 00:06:33
but this is your Commission. And so we will do whatever you want. We're we're just going to follow in suit. So if you want more | 00:06:39
details, you let us know. Tip. But we, you know, as we have limited staff resources, typically we do kind of the the bare minimum | 00:06:45
knowing that people can go to. | 00:06:51
Audio if you want more and let us know, we'll add more. | 00:06:57
Thank you. | 00:07:02 | |
All right, we'll just move straight into business items 4.1 Discussion and action of the POD 1 Clubhouse site plan. | 00:07:04
OK, awesome. Thanks, Bryce. | 00:07:12
I guess we can start by. | 00:07:15
Showing you where this is actually gonna be located. So I'm gonna just show this map here. I'm gonna zoom in a little bit. | 00:07:18
So this is going to be off of South Vineyard Rd. and there's going to be a new private road right here to the left of the | 00:07:26
development called Perazzi Lane. | 00:07:32
It's in the HDR 2 zone, as Morgan described, which allows medium to high density residential, but also provides for kind of a | 00:07:40
diverse mix from a single family to duplexes, condos and apartments. | 00:07:48
So this is mostly going to be a townhouse development, though they're going to have, they're going to start this development by | 00:07:58
constructing 13 buildings. | 00:08:03
In 47 units and and the clubhouse is going to be a part of the construction of that first. | 00:08:09
Phase in thought 1 So this is called pod one, the orchards at the homesteads. | 00:08:15
It the architects that designed the building is stink architecture and the engineers are guilty and engineering and the applicant | 00:08:22
is home center construction who we have them here in the room for we can later we'll open questions to to the applicant if there | 00:08:28
are any. | 00:08:34 | |
So yeah, this is an exciting project. It's going to, you know, add a lot of value to this community. One thing that's cool about | 00:08:41
the PD overlay. | 00:08:46
That we discussed is that it does require provision of community resources and amenities. So this will, this will be a good | 00:08:52
addition to that neighborhood. The building, I'm going to go back to the elevations here, sorry. So you see it, this is a 4520 | 00:08:59
square foot building. It's on .93 acres of land. | 00:09:06
It it's going to provide 6846 square feet of landscaping and open space. | 00:09:15
UMM this is an approved land use UMM within the zoning district. The official land uses parks and associate facilities. | 00:09:22
One cool thing, another cool thing about this project is that the detention pond that's to the right is actually going to be | 00:09:31
renamed and dedicated as usable parts and open space. It's actually going to be a memorial to a previous Vineyard employee, Kelly | 00:09:38
Bourne, who worked here from 2011 to 2012. So it'll it'll be in honor of her service to, it'll be named in honor of her service to | 00:09:46
to the city. | 00:09:53 | |
And to this community. | 00:10:01
Umm, so we trying to think. | 00:10:04
So this is going to be built this year, as I mentioned, as a part of phase one in in this whole development. And just to give you | 00:10:08
a few a few details on what's actually some of the characteristics of the clubhouse. It's going to have a kitchen, there'll be an | 00:10:15
exercise room, there'll be a gathering space. | 00:10:21
Off some, some office space, public restrooms, all that. And now on the outside it's going to have the swimming pool hot tub. | 00:10:29
And a sponge cup. So lots of cool, fun amenities to participate in. | 00:10:37
We did a really thorough review of the project and they meet all the setbacks. They meet our requirements for building design, | 00:10:45
building heights, massing, landscaping and open space, parking, lighting. | 00:10:52
And. | 00:11:01 | |
What else? Yeah, I mean it's, it's, it's we've, we've, we're going to recommend approval of of the of the development and if you | 00:11:04
guys have any questions that you would like to ask. | 00:11:11
The the applicant, he's, he's here to answer any questions for you. So yeah. | 00:11:19
Did you show the landscape plan? Oh, yeah, sure. Let me jump into that. Yeah. And just so we stay on point, this development is | 00:11:25
this is we're not requesting approval for the townhomes. That was already done through the tournament plot. This is solely at the | 00:11:30
clubhouse. | 00:11:35 | |
So here's the landscaping plan. They've provided some good landscaping on the, on the north and east side, a good transition from | 00:11:45
the east side onto the open space that's going to appear on the on the right side. Also, this landscaping also provides some good | 00:11:51
noise barriers, but also it's going to be really aesthetically pleasing to to and, and, and I'll add character and value to the | 00:11:57
community. | 00:12:03 | |
So yeah, I mean, some of the details are listed here. | 00:12:11
But yeah. | 00:12:15 | |
Yeah. If you have any questions or happy to address those. | 00:12:17
Yeah, I've got just a couple of questions. First of all, that park currently seems to be used like 90% by dogs and people with | 00:12:20
their dogs. Is there a plan to keep that as a dog park or move it more towards not a dog park? | 00:12:28
It's not officially it's open space. So people, since we don't have a dog park, they, they're going to want to use it as a dog | 00:12:36
park. But it's, you know, it's, it's, it's being used. And so it's supposed to be a park. And so, you know, it's also double s as, | 00:12:42
you know, for our store as a stormwater facility. So we can't call it a dog park because you definitely don't want that stuff in | 00:12:48
your, your stormwater system. | 00:12:54
And that parking space is about .87 acres. | 00:13:02
So almost, yeah, it's pretty sizable. It's all fenced in, which yeah, it lends itself nicely too. Exactly. You mentioned, you said | 00:13:06
public bathrooms. Will they actually be public or will they be like, you need a key card to get in? | 00:13:13
And it's going to be a clubhouse, correct? So we're on my Mike. You're welcome to come to the podium to ask these questions come. | 00:13:21
But it's it, it is. It's going to be for that immediate HOA is our understanding, not for the general public. | 00:13:29
So the dogs aren't mine? I don't have any dogs. I think Sullivan started noticing that it's being used as a dog park a couple | 00:13:39
years ago when we built new Vineyard Rd. through Pod One before the bridge got built. | 00:13:46
We had agreed with the city that we'd finished the park with landscape that fence it and get have that ready for the public to use | 00:13:54
when the roads opened and I think it just inherently became a dog park so. | 00:14:00
I can't answer anything more about the. | 00:14:08
And then I was also wondering like, what's your timeline they were saying this year for this? Just out of curiosity, what's your | 00:14:14
timeline for the townhomes? | 00:14:17
Within about 30 days, we'll pull footing and foundation permits on the 47 units. So first plan was to wait and then build it. When | 00:14:23
we built the road then it was such a mess. Then we decided, well, we'll build it after the road. Then the bridge started and then | 00:14:30
we thought, well, we'll now wait till the bridge is built. So now that all that's done, we're like I say, within four to six weeks | 00:14:38
probably pulling the permit and we'll start the underground on the clubhouse here probably by July 1st and then. | 00:14:45
Pull that permit shortly thereafter. Cool. Great. I think it's great that you're doing the clubhouse right now. And then just we | 00:14:53
were just talking about this as far as the use for the clubhouse, I assume it's just the townhomes or is it going to be the single | 00:14:59
family homes in the town? | 00:15:04
Where we've now opened the exercise area in the pool area from really 6:00 in the morning until 10:00 at night. | 00:15:11
So we'll watch the use and we may open it up for the public on a, you know, limited basis. But at this point, I'd probably be just | 00:15:23
for the townhome, just the townhome. OK Anybody else have any questions? | 00:15:29
Could you remind me what the? | 00:15:36
Projection for the number of living units there, we have 288, two, 88288. We'll probably do 40 to 50 a year. | 00:15:38
Until they're built out. | 00:15:51
Now, the multi-purpose space in this, in the counter, in the clubhouse, how big is it? Is it intended for community meetings or | 00:15:53
anything? | 00:15:59 | |
12 to 1500 square feet with a small kitchen in the one corner. | 00:16:11
Yeah, I moved from. | 00:16:16
HOA area that had 150 units in it. | 00:16:18
And our public use area was never big enough to hold the community meeting. | 00:16:23
And I don't know how many square feet it is, but it was it was around 1000 roughly so. | 00:16:28
Just that room there where the public probably 1200 square feet that would be. My only thinking is to make sure it will it will | 00:16:34
hold the number of people that might attend an HOA meeting or something. | 00:16:39
I think we'd be OK to house the residents there. | 00:16:47
Next time. | 00:16:53 | |
More for staff. | 00:16:57
Since we have the. | 00:17:00
Are getting established, is there way that we can expand perhaps more gardening space into there as well since it will be | 00:17:03
surrounded by townhomes and people without much gardening for yard area? | 00:17:08
So that would be something that if it's on HOA land, that is the HOA would have to assume maintenance or there would have to be | 00:17:17
some sort of contract with the city. If it's a public community garden, are you talking about like doing the community garden | 00:17:22
plots or something like that? | 00:17:28
In there. Yeah. OK, So I must have misunderstood. This is going to be under HOA management. Yeah, OK, that's cool. | 00:17:34
But I think if you, you know, if you wanted to look at like you know when we bring Phases 7 and 8 back that go along the bridge. | 00:17:41
There's some ground right at the base of that, you know the field. | 00:17:51
On the bridge that we could maybe do some garden boxes or something there in the landscape plant. Cool. Do you remember we have | 00:17:57
that requirement to take that walkway all the way down the South side of the field area all the way to the trail system. | 00:18:04
With those phases. So yeah, that could maybe lend itself to some garden boxes along that path. That would be great. I remember | 00:18:12
living in townhome community and it was a huge fight with the HOA and they would never budget. So I think if we could like preempt | 00:18:19
that, it would make it a better experience for the residents there. | 00:18:26
Yeah, we wouldn't. I mean, we wouldn't be objectionable to it at all. | 00:18:33
Especially because, I mean, you could make it if it's on HOA land, you can make it so Italy serves like the the residents in this | 00:18:38
development, you know, not, not the general public, Yeah. | 00:18:44
Yeah, we'd certainly look at that. | 00:18:50
Jennifer Anthony, have anything known? | 00:18:54
No, I think it's a. | 00:18:57
To well thought out plan and it my questions were tiny like you already asked kind of when when the clubhouse is starting in | 00:19:00
relation to. | 00:19:05 | |
The clubhouse in relation to the townhomes is because we sometimes see that. | 00:19:13
Clubhouses is promised and then it all the townhomes get done and then clubhouse here down the road, then the city. He hears all | 00:19:17
about it. | 00:19:21 | |
We've learned our lessons, we say. We don't do this for practice anymore. | 00:19:28
Cool, Great. David, you had a quick comment. You want to come up to the microphone real quick? | 00:19:35
So I understand something approved in the past. It's a done deal. I get that. So I wonder how many parking spaces are allowed. | 00:19:46
That's our big thing these days is parking in the town. 288 units. How many parking styles are available? | 00:19:52
I was actually going to ask that the same thing. I know it's. | 00:20:01
Approved, but it can just further our talk about yeah. So with this development and because we're we're the focus is on just the | 00:20:04
the the clubhouse, we'd have to we'd have to run those numbers for us to development and go back to that the site plan. And I'm | 00:20:10
happy to send an e-mail, David, if you'd like to have those numbers. But this development, they all have two car garages, which is | 00:20:16
pretty good for for townhomes. And so at least they you know, obviously people can store stuff in their in their towns, but there | 00:20:22
there is. | 00:20:28 | |
Or in their garages. But they're, they do have more internal capacity than the rest of the product you're seeing in inner city. | 00:20:34
But we would have to run the numbers for the development. But Brian, can you cover at least for the clubhouse since it's relevant | 00:20:40
to this? So the clubhouse, the requirement was 23 spaces and they're making 28 spaces available through the 15 that are here on | 00:20:46
the site. | 00:20:52 | |
And sorry, the, the, yeah, the 15 here on the site and then the 13 right here that are going to be dedicated as visitor parking | 00:20:59
that can be. | 00:21:03 | |
Used for people to access the clubhouse. | 00:21:07
So this is within walking distance. I think I measured out like just over 110 feet or something. So it's not it's not too far. | 00:21:11
Cool. So for comparison, how many, how many units are there in that? | 00:21:20
The other the city center. | 00:21:26
A bike front like like front center where it's called Forget Vineyard downtown, downtown downtown Vineyard. Yeah, I don't know if, | 00:21:30
if you want, if you can shoot me an e-mail. We, we, we have to research it. I around 300 units there. No, there's 685 in in in | 00:21:37
that here is 288. | 00:21:43
And when you merge this with pod 2, how many are how many units total we expect there? | 00:21:52
Yeah, and sorry, nice to say that we'll first get something right. So Mike's at 5888. | 00:22:00
Single family units. See it. David, those might be some questions. Good for Morgan after this. Right now, we're just approving | 00:22:05
kind of the design plans for the clubhouse. All right, Thank you. Yeah, Dave, if you want to, I'm happy to. We can set up a | 00:22:10
meeting. We can run through the site plans, research it. | 00:22:15
Any other comments on? | 00:22:21
OK, what about? | 00:22:26
Bike parking for the clubhouse. I see that there's. | 00:22:28
Says three spot you loop bicycle rack. Seems like for the clubhouse that would be. | 00:22:33
A good use for for bike parking, right? So people living in the community want to go to the go to the clubhouse. They can ride | 00:22:42
their bike pretty easily so that they don't they're not driving to it. | 00:22:46
Right. So the, the amount like they're, they're, they're meeting by our code, the required bike parking. So I think it's three | 00:22:52
spots or 10% of the of the parking, the number of parking spaces. So this this actually is a little it's better to it's a higher | 00:23:00
number for the amount of parking that they're going to provide. We did want to propose a condition. | 00:23:08
That they do meet the bike rack and parking standards in the code. | 00:23:18
Because as I, as I analyze this part of the diagram, it's, it's not fully up to our code standards. So we just want to make sure | 00:23:25
that the that the applicant does provide what the code asks for in terms of, of bike parking and, and, and the style and, and, and | 00:23:32
standards of, of the of the racks themselves. | 00:23:39
That'd be my only no on parking. Maybe Mike could clarify first if there's three separate use then that that that would count as 6 | 00:23:48
bike spaces because you get one on each side, right? There's there's one pull up if the spacing is right on each side, I think, I | 00:23:56
think the the engineer said we had enough room there for six years, which would give you upwards to 12 bytes I mean. | 00:24:04
You know which I'm fine with because I have the room for it. So. | 00:24:13
Looks like where they are, there's there's plenty of room. So yeah. | 00:24:18
I think that, I mean, I think it would be good just. | 00:24:22
That's a good thing to have in a clubhouse. Something like this. Is bike parking used to incentivize people? | 00:24:25
Not drive. Yeah, yeah. | 00:24:30
I would be fine with that. And I have just an observation Mike here. It has nothing to do with the site plan per Save It. Again, | 00:24:33
having come from an HOA with the pool and so on, a big issue is always shade in and around the pool. And I noticed at least with | 00:24:39
the conceptual drawing, there's a pergola along one side, if I recall. Yeah, there's two actually two of them. I've got one on | 00:24:45
the. | 00:24:50 | |
That one there on the park side and then there's another one that would be on the. | 00:24:57
South side barbecue and I, my observation is simply you need lots of shade around the pool. And so whatever you can do to see that | 00:25:04
that's done. Yeah. One thing that's good about this plant, too, is that the pool is on the east side of the building. You'll get | 00:25:11
afternoon shade from the building. Yeah. | 00:25:19
Any other questions, comments, or does somebody want to make a motion? | 00:25:30
I can make a motion. | 00:25:38
I move to approve the plan as requested by Home Center Construction with the proposed conditions and I'll read those just because | 00:25:41
I don't know if we went into each one of those. So 1 is that the applicant must meet all bicycle rack general requirements which | 00:25:46
we just discussed. Applicant pays any outstanding fees and makes any red line corrections from staff and the applicant is subject | 00:25:52
to all federal, state and local laws. | 00:25:58
Thank you, Anthony. Do I have a second? I'll second today, all in favor. | 00:26:05
Aye. | 00:26:10 | |
And thank you so much. Thank you. Excited to see it. | 00:26:13
All right, it doesn't look like we have anything for a work session. | 00:26:18
Is there anything that? | 00:26:23
I just want you guys all to know who and and meet Naseem Gandor, our new city engineer. He's come out from St. Cloud, FL. | 00:26:32
And soon, I think his family would be joining them as well. And just if you get a chance, welcome them and, and. | 00:26:46
Whatever we can do to make them. | 00:26:54
Feel at home. | 00:26:56 | |
Awesome. We're excited to have you in a team. It's going to be we're excited. What what brought you to Vineyard? I just got to | 00:26:57
ask. | 00:27:00 | |
An airplane? OK, so you didn't drive then? He sounds like an engineer. | 00:27:06
Definitely odd, no, Yeah, I've been, I've been here. So I've definitely been I'm on my radar for a little bit. Like there's, you | 00:27:13
know, this whole area, it's got good opportunities, great growth, good vision. It's one of those opportunities that. | 00:27:19
Exciting engineer. | 00:27:26
And a wannabe planner, I'll say it like that to, you know, really want to come out here and definitely a doubt as well as, you | 00:27:28
know, it's a great place, wink, wink. Consider quality of life for families definitely hands down. So it's kind of no, no, no, no | 00:27:36
question about it's a, you know, opportunity not to be missed. Oh, great, good to hear. Where did you end up moving to? | 00:27:45
Have it settled down just yet. So luckily have family and have family in the area. OK so we actually in venue 2 again. | 00:27:55
Another engineering aspect of it's a strategic place for family from the South Central Utah and the Salt Lake area. close, but not | 00:28:03
too close. | 00:28:08 | |
Exactly. So but I'm definitely excited, you know, to be here and make an impact, a positive impact definitely. And then, you know, | 00:28:14
continue on, see how the city, you know, how it grows and you know, you know fosters growth. | 00:28:22
Awesome, thanks. Anybody have anything they want to ask? | 00:28:31
Welcome. All right, we'll move into the Commission members reports and ex parte discussion disclosures. If anybody has something | 00:28:35
to disclose or something exciting that's happened or? | 00:28:41
Alright, Amber. | 00:28:50
All right, today announced this already a moment ago. Thank you Tay, but. | 00:28:53
And she's a beautiful job. And we put the community garden in yesterday. Morgan, Tay, Sullivan and I were there building boxes | 00:29:00
along with other people. Tash was there. Didn't even know you're still here. Tasha didn't forget about you. | 00:29:07
I'm really excited about it. We are going to have more opportunities for volunteering, which I'm sure everyone needs more | 00:29:15
opportunities for volunteering. So follow along on the gardening and vineyard page or just follow along with me and I'll let you | 00:29:21
know what's going on. And thanks to everybody who's helped. It's been really fun. | 00:29:27
Thanks, Amber. | 00:29:34
Case you didn't know Amber is she was. | 00:29:36
Yeah, she's kind of in place as the community garden like manager from from kind of the citizen side of things. So she is like go | 00:29:40
to person. | 00:29:45 | |
That's not a surprise. | 00:29:51
Cool if there's nothing else is learning. Just had a quick report just on behalf of the the bicycle advisory committee. We wrapped | 00:29:55
up bike month in May had some good rides and activities and stopped by the children's library also and they said they've had lots | 00:30:03
of people coming in to get up with their bikes over there. The kids good trail system to it so. | 00:30:11
Yeah, just a good, good month all around. And I think. | 00:30:20
The city is also, even though it's not bike month anymore, they're still strongly encouraging people to bike when they go to the | 00:30:24
parks and to heritage days. You know, if you can bike, it's great. You'll actually probably get out of there faster than you would | 00:30:31
if you drove. So just do that anytime you're using the city facilities if it makes sense for you. Cool, great. And then Sullivan | 00:30:38
just asked me what from the bicycle committee. | 00:30:45
Are are you guys the ones organizing kind of the donated bikes that that are on the lot right here? | 00:30:52
Or is that is that more of a city? I think it's more the city Burton, Burton, which I think he coordinated with someone at the | 00:30:57
city. I'd have to double check on that, but he he added that after that. | 00:31:03
Just a power bike said that. | 00:31:10
Yeah, we're just kind of like, whoa. | 00:31:12
We donated them or yeah, provoke bike collector. Oh, OK. Yeah, what the arrangement was for the pickup and schedule and all that. | 00:31:15
Sorry, I don't have that detail. | 00:31:20
All right. Anything else from staff? | 00:31:25
No, no. | 00:31:27 | |
All right. Do I have a motion to adjourn? | 00:31:29
I make a motion to adjourn meeting. I'll second that. All in favor, aye. Thank you, everybody. | 00:31:32 |
