2.1. Approval of the May 12, 2021 RDA Meeting Minutes

3. BUSINESS ITEMS
3.1 Play >> Public Hearing – Tentative Fiscal Year 2021-2022 Budget
The RDA Board will hear public comment concerning the adopted Tentative Fiscal Year 2021-2022 RDA Budget. The RDA Board may review any items that were the proper subject of consideration in the Public Hearing. Approval of the final budget is tentatively scheduled for June 9, 2021.
Chair Fullmer called for a motion to open the public hearing.
Motion: Boardmember Welsh moved to open the public hearing at 7:45 PM. Boardmember Earnest seconded the motion. Chair Fullmer, Boardmembers Earnest, Flake, Judd, and Welsh voted aye. The motion carried unanimously.
Assistant Finance Director/Treasurer Mariah Hill gave a brief overview of the 2021-2022 Budget.
Chair Fullmer called for public comment. Hearing none, she called for a motion to close the public hearing.
Motion: Boardmember Judd moved to close the public hearing at 7:46 PM. Boardmember Flake seconded the motion. Chair Fullmer, Boardmembers Earnest, Flake, Judd, and Welsh voted aye. The motion carried unanimously.
Play >> City Manager Jacob McHargue mentioned that staff had met with the underwriters for the RDA bond, and that they would be meeting with the pricing committee soon.
Chair Fullmer called for a motion to adjourn the meeting.
Play >> Motion: Boardmember Earnest moved to adjourn the meeting at 7:48 PM. Boardmember Welsh seconded the motion. Chair Fullmer, Boardmembers Earnest, Flake, Judd, and Welsh voted aye. The motion carried unanimously.
