Mayor Fullmer opened the meeting at 5:02 PM. She gave the invocation and led the Pledge of Allegiance.

3.1 The mayor and City Council pursuant to Utah Code
52-4-205 may vote to go into a closed session for the purpose of discussing the
character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an
individual.

MOVED TO GO INTO A CLOSED SESSION IN THE CONFERENCE ROOM IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING
THIS MEETING TO DISCUSS THE CHARACTER, PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE, OR PHYSICAL OR
MENTAL HEALTH OF AN INDIVIDUAL PERTAINING TO CITY MANAGER INTERVIEWS. COUNCILMEMBER
FLAKE SECONDED THE MOTION. ROLL CALL WENT AS FOLLOWS: MAYOR FULLMER,
COUNCILMEMBERS EARNEST, FLAKE, JUDD, AND WELSH VOTE AYE. THE MOTION CARRIED
UNANIMOUSLY.
4. ADJOURNMENT

MOVED TO ADJOURN THE MEETING AT 5:04 PM. COUNCILMEMBER FLAKE SECONDED THE
MOTION. MAYOR FULLMER, COUNCILMEMBERS EARNEST, FLAKE, JUDD, AND WELSH VOTE AYE.
THE MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.
Motion to adjourn the Closed Session: Councilmember Judd moved to adjourn the closed session at 10:24 PM. Councilmember Earnest seconded the motion. Mayor Fullmer, Councilmembers Earnest, Flake, Judd, and Welsh voted aye. The motion carried unanimously.
