MOTION: COMMISSIONER BLACKBURN MOTIONED TO OPEN THE MEETING TO AN OPEN SESSION. COMMISSIONER JENKINS SECONDED THE MOTION. ROLL WENT AS FOLLOWS: CHAIR BRADY, VICE CHAIR SULLIVAN, COMMISSIONER RASMUSSEN, COMMISSION JENKINS, AND COMMISSIONER BLACKBURN VOTED AYE. THE MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.

4.1 Public Hearing – Land Use Ordinance Text Amendment to Vineyard Subdivision Code (VSC) 14.06.020 ‘Requirements for Preliminary Subdivision Applications’ and VSC 14.08.030 ‘Requirements for Final Subdivision Applications’; modifying the language to reflect the correct and appropriate signatures required for subdivision plats (preliminary and final); Ordinance Number 2021-11

COMMISSIONER BLACKBURN SECONDED THE MOTION. ROLL WENT AS FOLLOWS: CHAIR BRADY, VICE CHAIR SULLIVAN, COMMISSIONER RASMUSSEN, COMMISSION JENKINS, AND COMMISSIONER BLACKBURN VOTED AYE. THE MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.
5. WORK SESSION
5.1 Planning Commission Training Opportunities
Play >> Planning Technician Cache Hancey reviewed three different opportunities for the Planning Commission members to continue their education and training.
5.2 Planning Commission Bylaws
Play >> Community Development Director Morgan Brim asked the Planning Commission to review the bylaws written in the code and be ready to discuss them in the next meeting. Chair Brady reviewed the attendance requirements for Planning Commissioners.
6. COMMISSION MEMBERS’ REPORTS AND EX PARTE DISCUSSION DISCLOSURE
Play >> Vice-Chair Sullivan thanked the Planning Commission for the opportunity to serve as a member.
Commissioner Blackburn shared that he would be attending the Utah League of Cities and Towns.
Commissioner Jenkins thanked Public Works for their work in preparing the trails to the school.
